Speak Positively to Yourself

The way you talk to yourself has the power to Make or Break You. Negativity attracts more Negativity and Positivity attracts more Positivity. Start Changing Yourself from the Inside Out

Tell Yourself You are Beautiful, Intelligent, Strong, Healthy, Fun, Creative, Imaginative, Productive, Energetic and Anything Positive that Fits in Your Situation.

 

Affirmations

This goes closely with the above point. Affirmations help you thing positively and manifest positive things in any area of your life.

You can incorporate this in your MORNING ROUTINEEVENING ROUTINE  or Anytime of the day when u feel you need some Positive Motivation.

 

Watch , Listen and Read Positive Things

The things you watch and listen to are like food to your mind. Feed your mind with things that are positive and give you life.

  • Motivational Videos, Movies, Podcasts, Audios, Books, Articles
  • Seminars, Talks
  • Also Be around Positive people

 

Make Peace with Your Flaws

No one is Perfect and that is OK. Love yourself even with your flaws. Change the things that you can change(such as your weight) and accept those that you cannot change(such as your height).

You are beautiful the way you are and if you need to change some things, change them from a point of love.

 

Forgive

“Unforgiveness is like taking poison and expecting the other person to die”

Realize that forgiveness is for you. It doesn’t mean that the other person was right or what you they did was OK. No, You are forgiving  For your Peace and Happiness

Also, no one is perfect, we all make mistakes.

Forgive yourself as well for the mistakes you have made.

“No matter what mistakes you have made or others have made against you, it is not the act that hurts, but *your interpretation* of the act. Just as you chose an interpretation that hurts, you can choose one that heals.”

 

Look for the Good in Every Situation

Just like in the above quote, its not what happens that affects us the most but the interpretation we give to the event. So choose to learn something positive when you are faced with difficult times.

    I agree with all you said, especially listening to positive podcasts. I found that making that change to my daily routine when I was a stressed out teacher really helped. If nothing else it helped unplug from the stress and focus my mind on the positive, helping to put a fresh perspective on things. Love this. Thanks for sharing.

    I really needed to read this. Especially about forgiveness. I called out of work the other day because I just needed time to myself to think and feel what I was going through. It’s the same every year around this time. But it gets better and farther away each year.

Having an issue recurring around the same time per year is definitely something that need to be looked into. Try to seek help to overcome this and eliminate it for good.     My greatest takeaway is to “Stay away from toxic people”.

    It’s funny how we insist on holding on to toxic people yet there are billions of other people in the world!
