Music is such a powerful emotional tool. Listen to your some feel good Music. Put on full blast if need be

 

Dance

As you listen to the amazing music, get your dance on! Even if it seems stupid. Just do it! Let loose and have some fun

 

Listen to Inspiring Podcast/ Audio

We are living in an age where information is literally at the push of the button. Get out Your Phone, Tablet or Laptop and Listen to an Inspiring Podcast, Audio or Motivational Talk

 

Watch Something Inspiring

Watch something that inspires you, brings some positive vibes and makes you excited about life

This can be a Movie, Video, Documentary

 

Laugh

Laughter is Medicine. It can reduce stress and uplift your mood very easily

  • Watch something Funny
  • Hang around Funny People

 

Smile

Your Physical state has the power to influence how you feel on the inside. This could be the sad face, your sitting posture.

So smile for at least for 1-2 minutes. Put a pen in your mouth if need be

 

Brings Back the Good Old Memories

This could be by:

  • Looking at some photos or videos
  • Cartoons that you used to love
  • Visit a place you used to enjoy

 

Scream/Cry

Let out that pain and frustration that is inside you. This will bring a sense of relief , comfort and even safety.

I know this is not something you probably want to hear but Exercising produces feel good hormones. Do some exercises for around 10-20 minutes and by the end of  it you will be feeling awesome.

You could even jump rope for a few minutes as a form of exercise

Nice Clothes, Shoes, Perfume, Accessories, Make-up

 

Take Time to do Something You Enjoy/ Hobby

Spend Time with Someone/ People You Love

Feeling the Love, Care and Support of people that mean the most to You will definitely lift your mood

Your Partner, Children, Family, Friends

 

Get some Adrenaline On

If You an in a environment where that allows you to do this:

  • Car Racing
  • Bungee jumping
  • Sky diving
  • Surfing
  • Snow Boarding

Take Action

Stop Procrastinating and take some action Now! Push Yourself to Start that Work that You have been pushing off. Commit to do something for some time. Commit to Organizing Your Desk or House or Clothes for the Next 10-15 minutes, Start doing that Assignment You know You Should Do. Start Writing that Book. Do that Project you have been putting on Hold. Make that Call You Know You Need to. The Sense of Accomplishment will Make You feel Good and allow You to Gain Momentum and even do More and feel even much better.Take Action Now!!
